What makes Inky Toes stand out among the rest?

Inky Toes Designs takes time to make sure the customer is satisfied. We want to design the perfect announcement for you special occassion. We want to give you a finished product that you will be proud to show your friends and family. We use the best paper and high end printing to get quality results. We also guarantee that we will work with your design until you are perfectly happy with it.

How do you place an order with Inky Toes Designs?

Simple! Just browse through our designs and choose the design that you like the best. When you click on the thumbnail you will be directed to a page with a larger image and pricing information. On the bottom of that page is a button "click here for order form". When you decide on your design, click on that button and you will have an order form to fill out. Once you fill out the order form it will ask you for your billing information. Please fill out all information then submit your order. Once you submit your order you need to email your photos to photos@inkytoesdesigns.com. You can send several photos at a time. Please make sure they are all 300 dpi or higher and saved as jpeg files. Once we receive your order we will start creating your card. Within 48 hours of placing your order you will receive a digital email proof of your design. This is when you have the opportunity to change, add or correct any information for your design. If you have corrections or changes we will make those and send you a new proof. Your card will not be sent to the printer until we get your approval on your proof. Once we get your approval your card is sent to the printer. You can expect to receive your cards within 7 - 10 days from approving your proof.

Can I send photographs taken by a professional photographer?

All photographs taken from a professional photographer require a written release form from the photographer. The photographer must mail or email us the release form before the photographs can be used. Your order will not be complete without this form. If we think your images may have been taken by a professional photographer we will contact you to request that you provide a release form. We must due this because of copyright laws.

What if I don't know which photographs to use?

If you have several photos and you don't know which one would be best for your design then send us all of them and we can help you choose.

Can you fix photographs?

Yes, we can edit your photographs free of charge. Being a professional photographer I am able to edit photographs and would be happy to fix up your photographs which will improve the overall appearance of your cards.

What format should my photographs be in?

Please make sure your photographs are in jpeg format and saved at a resolution no lower than 300 dpi. Please do not compress your photos. We do not have the capabilities to work with low quality bitmapped images. If you are scanning your images, make sure they are scanned at 600 dpi.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. If you cancel your order before we present you with a proof then there will not be a charge. If you cancel after we have a design for you then you will be charged $25.00 for a design fee.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds. We pride ourselves on making you happy with your design. We will work back and forth with you throughout the proofing process to make sure that you will be happy with your cards. We will however refund you if there is an error that is our fault. Please order a sample pack so you can get an idea of the different papers, textures of the cards we have to offer.

Will my cards have the Inky Toes Designs logo on it?

On our photo paper cards we put a small logo stickher on the back of each print. As for our panel cards and greeting cards we print a small logo on the back. We assure you our logo is small and is in no way distracting to the design of the card.
